2. 服务描述
RoadMeet 是一款面向独行旅行者的社交平台，提供以下核心功能：
- 发现同城旅行者，进行匹配和社交
- 创建和参加当地旅行活动
- 与其他旅行者进行即时通讯
- 查看旅行者行程，寻找同行伙伴
- 订阅 Pro 会员，解锁更多功能
3. 账号注册与安全
3.1 您需要注册账号才能使用本应用的完整功能。注册时，您须提供真实、准确、完整的信息。
3.2 您有责任保管好您的账号和密码，并对账号下的所有活动负责。如发现账号被未授权使用，请立即联系我们。
3.3 每人限注册一个账号，不得转让或出售账号。
4. 用户行为规范
使用本应用时，您同意不得：
- 发布虚假、误导性或欺诈性信息
- 上传包含暴力、色情、歧视性内容的资料
- 骚扰、威胁或侵害其他用户
- 冒充他人或虚假陈述与他人的关联
- 发布广告、垃圾信息或未经授权的商业推广
- 从事任何可能损害 RoadMeet 声誉的行为
- 通过技术手段破解、攻击或干扰本应用的正常运行
5. 内容与知识产权
5.1 您在本应用上发布的内容（包括照片、文字、位置信息等）归您所有，但您授予 RoadMeet 全球范围内免费的非独家许可，以展示、传播您的内容。
5.2 本应用的界面设计、Logo、文字内容等均为 RoadMeet 的知识产权，未经授权不得复制或商业使用。
6. 隐私
我们非常重视您的隐私。请查阅我们的隐私政策，了解我们如何收集、使用和保护您的个人信息。
7. 付费服务
7.1 RoadMeet Pro 是可选的付费订阅服务，包含周、月、半年多种套餐。
7.2 所有订阅通过 App Store 或 Google Play 处理，订阅将自动续费，除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
7.3 退款事宜请联系 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 客服处理，我们无法直接处理退款请求。
8. 免责声明
8.1 本应用按"现状"提供服务，我们不对服务的持续性、准确性或适用性作出任何明示或暗示的保证。
8.2 用户之间的互动和线下见面属于个人行为，RoadMeet 不对因此产生的任何纠纷、损失或伤害承担责任。请注意个人安全，在公共场所与陌生人见面。
8.3 在法律允许的最大范围内，RoadMeet 对因使用本应用造成的任何直接或间接损失不承担责任。
9. 服务变更与终止
9.1 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利，并将尽合理努力提前通知用户。
9.2 如您违反本协议，我们有权在不事先通知的情况下暂停或终止您的账号。
10. 适用法律
本协议受相关国家和地区法律管辖。如发生争议，双方应首先协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的法院解决。
11. 协议修改
我们可能不定期更新本协议。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内通知或电子邮件告知您。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的协议。

Welcome to RoadMeet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoadMeet application and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RoadMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
RoadMeet is a social platform for solo travelers, offering:
- Discovery and matching with travelers in your city
- Creating and joining local travel activities
- Instant messaging with other travelers
- Viewing traveler itineraries to find travel companions
- Pro subscription for advanced features
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 You must register an account to access full features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Each person may only register one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Upload violent, pornographic, or discriminatory content
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Post spam or unauthorized commercial promotions
- Engage in conduct that damages RoadMeet's reputation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app
5. Content & Intellectual Property
5.1 Content you post (photos, text, location, etc.) remains yours, but you grant RoadMeet a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content.
5.2 RoadMeet's interface, logo, and content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization.
6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Paid Services
7.1 RoadMeet Pro is an optional paid subscription with weekly, monthly, and semi-annual plans.
7.2 All subscriptions are processed through App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7.3 Refund requests must be submitted to Apple App Store or Google Play. We cannot process refunds directly.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
8.2 Interactions and in-person meetings between users are personal activities. RoadMeet is not liable for any disputes, losses, or injuries arising from such meetings. Please prioritize personal safety when meeting strangers.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadMeet is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
9.2 If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
